Limit abstracts to 300 words. This does not include title and authors.
Type the entire title in upper-and lowercase letters, the complete name of the first author, the institutional affiliation, city, province, or state, followed by the names of additional authors. Underline the name of the person(s) presenting the paper.
Before submitting your abstract, check carefully to make sure it contains no spelling or typographical errors. Skip one line between the title of the abstract and author information and the body of the abstract. The abstract should be aligned with the left margin.
The abstract should not contain charts, graphics, references, or credits.
Choose a maximum of three categories on the application form.
All fields must contain information or the form will not be successfully submitted.
GENERAL RULES
All paper and poster presenters must be registered for the Forum and pay registration fees.
To accommodate as many presenters as possible, the Selection Committee reserves the right to limit each presenter to only one presentation and to decide the most appropriate presentation format for the abstract. Abstracts must be in English.
FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION OF DISTINGUISHED PAPER To be considered for a distinguished paper submit an abstract and a paper. The research project must be complete at the time of the Call for Papers submission deadline (September 1, 2004) to be considered for a distinguished paper. The following is the preferred format for the paper; however, papers already prepared in another format will be accepted for review. Papers must be in English or Farsi. (For online submission papers MUST be in English)
Limit your paper to four single-spaced pages, not including title page, figures, tables, and references.
