Introuduction: Urinary tract infection in pediaterics after upper respiratory tract infection is most common of pediateric urinary tract (under 12 years old) and almost because of non-specific clinical tablet and neglectness in pediateric groups and complications like: bacteriemia,septic shock,hypertension.chronic renal failure is dangerous.for importance of timely diagnosis and treatment and preventing of mortality and morbidity in this pediatrics ,this reaserch is done for study of hospitalization pediaterics urinary tract infection laboratory and clinical findings in teaching hospitals of university and medical sciences in 2002-2003.

Material and methods: This study was descriptive-cross sectional and gathering data strument was a checklist that with reffers to teaching hospials of semnan university and medical sciences to numer of 100 pediatrics was completed.

Findings: this study showed that of 100 pediaterics 98% were(1-9)years old,78%were daugther and 22% son,most of symptoms were:fever amount 40% Reflux15%,most illness history were uti 45% and pyelonephritis 20%, high cratinin 0/4 (12%), high urea9%,high ESR (1-9) 20%,CRP+2(15%), blood+1(20%), Alb1+(18%), micobacterium type Ecoli(18%),hyperglycemia(15%),highNa(130-139)35%,highk (4/2)20%,84% were positive nitrite.

Discussion & coclusions: With pay attention to findings research,rapid diagnosis,appropriate treatment and timely of pediaterics urinary tract infection for preventing of complications of this disease is advisable.
